Another great recipe from Inspiralized – Ginger seared Salmon in Miso Broth with Jalapeño-Scallion Relish and Zucchini Noodles. This was a very quick, easy meal to change up your regular weekly menu. I am all about low-carb eating – whether you replace the carbs with zucchini, spaghetti squash, sweet potatoes, beets, etc. I also LOVE Japanese food and flavors so this meal satisfies those cravings.
