  1. 1lb lean beef
  2. 1lb ground pork
  3. 1 eff
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. 2 large chopped carrots
  6. 1 chopped celery stalk
  7. 1 cup milk (low fat)
  8. 1.5 cups plain bread crumbs
  9. salt and pepper
  10. 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  11. 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  12. 1/2 cup ketchup
  13. 1 package frozen microwavable peas
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Combine beef, pork, egg, onion, carrots, celery, milk and bread crumbs in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly grease 5x9 pan and add uncooked meatloaf mixture.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Add on top of raw meatloaf. Place in oven for 1 hour.
  5. Microwave the peas during the last 10 minutes of cooking for the meatloaf.
  6. Remove from oven. Let the meatloaf cool and add the peas, ENJOY!
