Swiss Ball Pikes are a great abdominal exercise! Using these exercise balls allows you to use other muscles in order to stabilize yourself which helps build balance and more strength.
To do this exercise, get into a high plank position with your calves/feet on top of the ball. Raise hips ALL THE WAY UP (Fat Joe said to do it), and put them in the pike position. Make sure you keep toes on the ball. Also try to pause at the top of the pike position in order to really work those abs. Do 3 sets of 15 reps. Good luck everyone!
