Breakfast of Champions! Believe us, this is a delicious and healthy way to start your day! It doesn’t sound like much, but this will fill you up until lunchtime 🍴

  • 1 spoonful of chia seeds
  • 1 spoonful of flax seeds
  • 2 spoonfuls of steel cut oats
  • Fruit of choice – bananas, blueberries and/or raspberries
  • Pinch of cinnamon
